Landmark Home Inspection provides the most complete and understandable home inspection report in the industry. Your home inspector will guide you through the inspection checklist, answering all of your questions about the property.
Services
Your Landmark Home Inspector will provide you with more than just a thorough home inspection or building inspection report. Your Inspector will guide you through the inspection process, acquainting you with the home/building systems and maintenance requirements during the 2 to 3 hour inspection. We understand how valuable your time is, but we will never rush through an inspection, taking all the time required to thoroughly inspect the property and answer your questions about it.
Inspection Reports
We are very proud of our reports here at Landmark Home Inspection. Unlike many other companies, we do not have a lengthy checklist template where we simply check the boxes and call it a day. Instead, we take the time to write everything out and in language you can understand! Our narrative inspection report includes and in-depth summary on the condition of the home. Each report is carefully typed and computer generated, and can be emailed as soon as the next business day. Same day reports are also available upon request. Complete with sharp, color, and diagrammed pictures, the report will guide you through each inspected area and the condition therein.
General building inspection:
(single family, townhomes, and condos)
Include foundation, chimney, fireplaces, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating and cooling), water heater, crawl space*, roof, attic, exterior cladding, gutters, drainage, porches, decks*, windows, walls, doors, bathrooms, and more! A detailed report is provided upon completion of the inspection that contains information on your home. See below for sample report.
Limited inspection:
Do you have a roof or plumbing leak but don't know where it's coming from? Are you concerned about aging systems such as the electrical wiring? We can help you locate problems and determine if there are defects or hazardous conditions existing in your home or building. A limited inspection is not a thorough inspection of the entire building structure and systems, but is directed at specific issues of concern.
Why? It is to your advantage to utilize the service of an expert, unbiased home inspection company before calling on a plumber, electrician, HVAC, or other service company first – they want to sell you as much product or service as they can, even if it's not needed! Going into any system or structural repair or replacement with knowledge can save you money and give you the assurance that you took the action that was necessary without being taken advantage of.
Multi-family inspections:
Including, but not limited to: duplexes, apartments, and more!
